As a top-performing publicly listed company, ������ received an ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) of 80-89 points which qualified the company for a one-arrow recognition. The ACGS measures the performance of companies in terms of facilitating the rights and equitable treatment of shareholders, how they relate to different stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability through timely disclosure of material information. It also assessed how the board monitors the management and guides the company strategically.
